Riley sings a song in what looks like a home video. Perhaps her bedroom? She is wearing a green shirt. She messes up the chords a few times when she is playing and she seems pretty new to playing guitar.

Location of Riley plays guitar
It seems to have similar walls, frames, and lighting or other vlogs we see with Riley including Riley Q&A, Riley draws, and Riley feels off. This means they were all likely filmed in her house. It seems that Mia lives in the same house as Riley.
Thoughts on Riley plays guitar
Riley plays guitar in this clip. There is nothing else that happens. It looks like a basic acoustic guitar. She seems to just kind of be playing around and seems pretty new at guitar. At one point she messes up a chord and restarts it. This is not a musical masterpiece by any stretch but she is just playing some chords in her room in a basic home video it would seem.
The lyrics don’t really seem to have a lot of meaning to them at this time either. It just kind of seems like she is discussing that she is feeling haunted all the time and she is confused. She even mentions ghosts “getting her first”. That she wants to be surefooted. Overall the basic ideas that we have been getting from Riley in many of the videos…. She is a bit spooked and wants to return to a nice life of peace and calm again where she doesn’t feel so “haunted” all the time.
We don’t see this green clothing she is wearing in any other episode.
We are also not sure where in the timeline this clip was filmed. It does not seem like it was released to the public on the YouTube channel. This questions how Noir got the clip? They have to have access to her private home videos somehow?
There is not too much to look at in this rather short clip, beyond that Riley is feeling haunted. This same video is spliced over a later video Riley’s Last Message during the static at the front of the scene. It would perhaps make sense that that clip was filmed on the same tape as her at-home guitar sessions. We also know that there is tape interference in the prison when the room gets cold. So perhaps what we are seeing in Riley’s Last Message, is Riley plays Guitar is the original tape, and RLM is recorded over top of it with some ghostly interference. Because it is assumed that somehow Noir is involved in the experience we see at RLM if he got a tape full of previous home recordings when Riley’s recorded RLM then, that would explain how they got the copies of some of these experiences.
Or maybe not, some users have stated there is no hand in this Riley plays Guitar clip but there is in RLM. Perhaps there is more to this video that we haven’t seen yet. A different verse or something else that is still to come! That would be helpful.
